The Post-Secondary Education subcommittee of the Utah Transition Action Team is a collaborative effort between parents of students with disabilities and professionals who are involved in special education, higher education, governmental affairs, and public and private agencies to promote awareness of post-high school opportunities for transition-age students and their families. The information presented on this web site is specific to Utah, but can be useful to residents of other states as well.
